The administrator can use an automatically generated syllabus, define a custom syllabus or upload a source file. Generated material can be previewed, edited and approved before publication or assignment.
Administrators select the course, the people who should complete it and the deadline. Learners see due dates, progress percentages, overdue status and clear start or review actions. Completed courses provide direct access to the corresponding certificate.
Courses can be shared with a connected organisation using controlled permissions. View only allows the receiving organisation to preview the course; View and assign also allows it to deliver the course to its own people.
No Compliance subscription is required. Customers can operate Training independently. The Full Platform adds requirement-to-course links and automatically returns completion certificates as evidence.
An authorised administrator can link a course to a compliance requirement. When an employee completes the linked course, the certificate is automatically added as evidence for that requirement. This creates a traceable workflow:
